Who We Are
WMCA is a data controller. This means that we have to look after all the personal information we hold and make sure that we do this appropriately, correctly and safely.
We promise to respect the confidentiality and sensitivity of the personal information that you provide to us; that we get from other organisations; and that we share with other collaborating organisations. We will be clear with you when we collect your information how we intend to use it, and we will not do anything with your personal information that you wouldn’t reasonably expect.
We are committed to handling data fairly and lawfully and take our data protection obligations seriously. We will only process information in compliance with applicable laws including the Data Protection Act 2018 and General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”).
