Change  into Action is a partnership between Walsall Council, the Mayor of the West Midlands and the West Midlands Combined Authority working with a specialist network of street teams and charities  to address rough sleeping in Walsall. Further details can be found here.

West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) and Walsall Council are  committed to protecting the privacy and security of those with whom we interact.

We recognise the need to respect and protect information that is collected or disclosed to us. This notice explains how we use any personal information you may provide to Change into Action.

We will only ask for, or collect, personal information that we need to run and improve our services, and to talk to you about our work. We give you control over the personal information we hold about you to make sure it is accurate.

We make sure your personal information is always secure and protected.

We are fair and transparent about how we use the personal information we hold.

We only ever use your personal information for the purpose that you trusted us to use it for.

We will never sell your personal information, and we will only share it as outlined in our privacy policy, or when you ask us to.

This means that we have to look after all the personal information we hold and make sure that we do this appropriately, correctly and safely.  We promise to respect the confidentiality and sensitivity of the personal information that you provide to us; that we get from other organisations; and that we share with other collaborating organisations.
