Change into Action Privacy Notice
Change into Action is a partnership between Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council, the Mayor of the West Midlands, the West Midlands Combined Authority and Sandwell Council of Voluntary Organisations (SCVO) working with a specialist network of local organisations and charities to address rough sleeping in Sandwell. We recognise the need to respect and protect information that is collected or disclosed to us. This notice explains how we use any personal information you may provide to Change into Action.

WMCA, Sandwell Council and SCVO are Data Controllers. This means that we have to look after all the personal information we hold and make sure that we do this appropriately, correctly and safely. We promise to respect the confidentiality and sensitivity of the personal information that you provide to us; that we get from other organisations; and that we share with other collaborating organisations.
